One of my greatest pleasures is helping people feel good about themselves and giving them a tangible memory of that experience.

My journey as a photographer has consisted of inspiring scenery and colorful individuals throughout the world. While living abroad in Madrid and Sydney I was blessed with the opportunity to photograph subjects across several continents. My body of work consists of noteworthy artists, musicians, politicians, writers and "regular people" favorite subjects! I think I may have inherited my love for travel and the arts from my grandfather, a performer at Chicago's supper clubs, who spent his life on the road with his band and his upright bass.

As a producer in the 90's, I was inspired by the work of many talented commercial photographers who introduced me to lifestyle photography - capturing life's moments - with a blend of photojournalism and studio photography. Procter & Gamble, OshKosh B'Gosh, Bath & Body Works, Diners Club, Disney and Playboy License Apparel were some of our clients.

I am passionate about "Cause Photography". Documenting events which foster change or awareness, brings a deeper meaning to my work. I photograph survivors of genocide and educational events for the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center. I also work with Erika's Lighthouse (teen depression awareness and education), Lungevity (cancer research), Keshet ( children with special needs),The Peres Center for Peace, The Anti-Defamation League and a host of other 501c3 organizations.

My work has been published in "The Chicago Sun-Times", "Chicago Tribune" "Sheridan Road" Magazine, "Forest & Bluff" Magazine, "Barrington Country" "Hinsdale Living", "North Shore Weekend", "The Age" of Melbourne, "East on Central" and the juried national exhibition "Voices and Visions" (breast cancer awareness).

I now spend a lot of my time photographing headshots, website images and special events. Please contact me at or on my mobile 847.767.1244 or visit my website
